Lida Citroën, Principal
Lida is an international branding and reputation management expert who designs and enhances the identities of companies, executives, and professionals. With more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing standout strategies, Lida excels at uncovering and communicating the values that operate at the core of each company and individual.
Lida’s expertise in reputation management comes from years of experience managing complex brand initiatives – from out of the gate start-ups to reputation repair of established brands and everything in between. Her corporate clients are global entities with unique and compelling offers. Her personal branding clients represent thought leaders and high-profile worldwide business executives who seek more intention, control, and opportunity in how they position themselves.
Prior to launching LIDA360 in 2008, Lida was managing director of marketing and communications at the Financial Planning Association, and led investor relations at the Jefferson County Economic Council. She also directed brand development, marketing, and communications efforts at Max Factor/Revlon, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and RNL Design.
An issue near to her heart, Lida donates tremendous time and expertise to helping military veterans transition to a civilian careers. She empowers veterans with the tools, insights, and resources to find meaningful careers after service. Lida writes for Military.com, contributes to Military Transition News, serves on the Board of Directors for National Association of Veteran-Serving Organizations (NAVSO), and is a volunteer of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). She speaks nationally at events focused on veteran transition and hiring, teaches a monthly program at the US Air Force Transition GPS, and since 2010 has worked with Philadelphia-based Wall Street Warfighters Foundation (General Peter Pace’s program).
Lida is the author of two critical books on reputation management: Reputation 360: Creating power through personal branding (Palisades Publishing, 2011), and Your Next Mission: A personal branding guide for the military-to-civilian transition (Palisades Publishing, 2014).

She is a past Board Member of: The Parent’s Council at the University of Wyoming; Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver; Denver Children’s Home; The Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People; and the Executive Real Estate Roundtable at the University of Denver. Lida earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
Evan Stratton, PHR, Associate
Evan Stratton enlisted in the Marine Corps and headed off to boot camp in December 2007. During his commitment, he served as an Amphibious Assault and Light Armored Reconnoissance Crewman. On July 19, 2009, while on deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq, anti-tank grenades struck Evan’s vehicle, and he was medically evacuated to Al Asad air base. There, he underwent immediate lifesaving surgery. Evan was awarded a Purple Heart and Navy Achievement Medal for his actions that day. He spent several weeks in the hospital before returning to 3rd AABn and finishing his enlistment in September 2011.
After leaving the military, Evan became involved in adaptive athletics with the Marine Corps WAR-P program and competed in track and swimming at the 2013 Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, CO. He took home 5 gold and 2 silver medals in his events, helping the Marine team win its 4th consecutive Chairman’s Cup. In 2016, he was honored to be a member of the US team selected to compete at the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, FL, where he earned a bronze medal in the men’s 50 meter freestyle swim.
In 2014, Evan joined Renal Ventures, a healthcare company in Lakewood, CO. Over 18 months he was twice promoted -- first as a Recruiter, then to an HR Business Partner. In 2015 DaVita Healthcare Partners acquired Renal Ventures and Evan was hired to DaVita as a Recruiter.
Evan holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate, deepening his HR knowledge and skills. As a recruiter with DaVita he supported talent acquisition for clinical operations in a multi-state area covering Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas. Evan also supported DaVita’s veteran employment initiatives in recruiting strategy and developing veteran employee retention programs.
Lindsay Jefferson, Sr. Marketing Associate
As Senior Marketing Associate for LIDA360, Lindsay manages social media, research, and campaign marketing. She supports online marketing, project management, and client relations at LIDA360, including Lida's efforts in the veteran community. Joining LIDA360 in 2011, Lindsay brought expertise in project management, online marketing, and client relations to her role.
Prior to LIDA360, Lindsay was as an Account Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment. She began her career as a Marketing Specialist at Reynolds and Reynolds, then moved to Los Angeles, CA where she worked for Ryan Partnership as a Program Manager on the Heineken account. Lindsay received a Bachelors of Science in Business and an MBA at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Today, Lindsay lives near Montgomery, Alabama, with her husband, Chris, and their three children.
