Prior to launching LIDA360, Lida served as managing director of marketing and communications at the Financial Planning Association and led investor relations at the Jefferson County Economic Council. She also led brand development, marketing and communications efforts at Max Factor/Revlon, Pentax, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and RNL Design. She is as comfortable developing a brand strategy through social media as she is mapping out detailed action plans in industries ranging from education and financial services, to real estate and business process outsourcing.

Lida donates a tremendous amount of her time, expertise and effort to helping returning war veterans learn how to compete in a civilian, particularly corporate, career. Her interests are helping veterans learn how to become more marketable, transition to a corporate culture, and understand the value of personal branding as they exit military service. Lida works closely with Philadelphia-based, Wall Street Warfighters Foundation, and has produced numerous programs and materials to help military veterans with reputation management after service.
In addition to serving her clients and the military community, Lida serves as Chair-Elect of the University of Wyoming Parents' Council and is involved with Mile High Down Syndrome Association and The Women’s Vision Foundation. She has served on the boards of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver; Denver Children’s Home; Executive Real Estate Roundtable, and University of Denver. A graduate of Leadership Denver, Lida holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pomona College in Claremont, California.

Lindsay Jefferson joined LIDA360 in 2011 and brings deep experience in social media, research and campaign marketing. She supports online marketing, project management and client relations at LIDA360, including Lida's efforts in the veteran community.
Prior to LIDA360, her most recent experience was as an Account Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Lindsay began her career as a Marketing Specialist at Reynolds and Reynolds. After working there for three years, she moved to Los Angeles, CA and work for Ryan Partnership as a Program Manager on the Heineken account. Lindsay received a Bachelors of Science in Business and an MBA at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Today, Lindsay lives in Chantilly, VA with her husband, Chris, daughters Ella and Caitlyn.
